WAYNE CITY, IL — The Wayne City Matters Hometown Christmas Parade will take place on Saturday, December 14, at 7 p.m. This year’s event features new categories, including Best Business Entry, Best Lighted Farm Equipment, Best Royalty Entry, and Best Personal Smaller Entry. Prizes will be awarded for the top three overall entries, as well as Best School, ATV, Side by Side, Golf Cart, and Walking Group entries. Parade line-up begins at 5:30 p.m., with all entries required to be in place by 6:15 p.m. The sign-up deadline is December 6.
