CENTRALIA, IL — Centralia police have arrested 27-year-old Jasmin Whiteley of North Locust on multiple felony and misdemeanor warrants from Marion and Bond counties. Whiteley was taken into custody and then locked up behind bars in the Marion County Jail, where she is awaiting a court appearance. The warrants were issued with no bond.
