JoAnn Price, 93, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 10:43 am November 18, 2022 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon. She was born November 17, 1929 in Benton, Illinois to the late Paul and Delphia (Davis) Livesay. JoAnn married Ransom Price on January 27, 1950 in Benton, Illinois. They were blessed with 54 years of marriage before his passing on October 6, 2004.

JoAnn is survived by her children, Tim Price and wife, Kathryn of Paducah, Kentucky, Gary Price and wife, Brenda of Mount Vernon, Doug Price and wife, Jan of Mount Vernon, and Rebecca Price of Mount Vernon; grandsons, David Price and wife, Cassie of Clayton, Missouri and Caleb Price and wife, Presley of O’Fallon, Illinois; step-granddaughter, Andrea Loveless of Paducah; and step-great-grandson, Craeton Sandoval of Paducah.

JoAnn attended Central Christian Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother. JoAnn will be deeply missed.

A Graveside Service will be held Monday, November 21, 2022 at 10:00 am at Oakwood Cemetery in Mount Vernon with Reverend Don Verhines officiating. Interment will follow.
