CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. — William “Max” Maxwell Brown, 29, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, passed away Friday, October 7, 2022.
Max was born June 28, 1993, in Phoenix, Arizona, the son of Roger “Bill” William Brown and Kerri Brown. He married Danielle Harville on October 23, 2021, and she survives in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
In addition to his parents: Roger”Bill” Brown and wife Kerri of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and wife Danielle Brown of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, he is also survived by his three children: Ashlynn, William Maxwell Brown II, and Branson; siblings: Alexander Leonard Brown of Akron, Ohio and Lisa Marie Harrington Dehart of Mesa, Arizona; grandfather: Eugene Stys of Litchfield Park, Arizona; mother and father-in-law: Doug Harville and wife Barbara of Shattuc; and brother-in-law: Greg Harville of Shattuc.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Roger Earl Brown, Mary Lou Brown and Nancy Stys.
Max earned his college degree in Culinary Arts. He worked for the Laborers Union #225. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3775 and had close ties to the Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks #369. Max enjoyed playing darts, fishing and cooking. Max will be remembered as a wild, loving, overprotective, and selfless person. His wife, children, family and friends were his everything in life.
Funeral Services for William “Max” Brown will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, October 14, 2022, at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home in Centralia, Illinois with Pastor Steve Upchurch officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Danielle Brown and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home and Cremation Services at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, 618-532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Brown family.
