FORT MEYERS, Fla. –  Mike Berger, 65, of North Fort Meyers, Florida, formerly of Central City, passed away on Friday, August 12, 2022, in Breese, Illinois, surrounded by his family.

Mike is survived by his wife, Lisa of North Fort Myers Florida, son: Josh Berger and wife Amanda of Central City, daughter: Amy Therrian and husband Justin of Breese, Crissy Podergois and husband Matt of Patoka. Mike also leaves behind his grandchildren: Drake Bosler, Aiden Therrian, Adler Therrian, Karlie Podergois, Bella Podergois, and Cole Podergois.

Mike was well known for his sense of humor, quick wit, and storytelling. He and his wife, Lisa, loved to find new adventures in traveling and food. They were each other’s best friend and partner in crime.
