MT. VERNON, IL — On Wednesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office along with the Mt. Vernon Police Department reported the following arrests to WMIX/WDML News;

20-year-old Amir Spann of Mt. Vernon was arrested Wednesday for Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Loaded Firearm with no FOID.
