(St. Clair County, IL) — A Fairview Heights man is being held behind bars on 75-thousand-dollars bond after he was accused of a sexual attack in Belleville. Police say they have charged Alan Perry with sexual assault and trespassing. Cops add that the defendant was able to get into an apartment Monday without permission and forced his way on a 24-year-old woman who was inside. This isn’t Perry’s first run in with the law. Since last month, he has been charged on at least three separate times for offenses ranging from domestic battery to disorderly conduct.
