Jim E. Beal, 90, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 6:45 pm January 16, 2021 at his residence in Mount Vernon, Illinois. He was born August 11, 1930 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to the late Alva Jake and Bessie (Whitson) Beal. Jim married Norma Jean (Mulvaney) Beal on January 14, 1949.

A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 11:00 am at East Salem Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, Illinois with Reverend Randy Hayes officiating. Interment will follow. Memorials may be made in Jim’s honor to East Salem Cemetery.
