Glenda J. Dobbs, 83, of Texico, Illinois, passed away at 5:20 pm January 7, 2021 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. She was born June 1, 1937 in Mount Vernon to the late Robert and Mildred (Wehunt) Glenn. Glenda married Merwyn Osborne “Pete” Dobbs on November 8, 1958 in Dix, Illinois. They were blessed with 51 years of marriage before he preceded her in death on January 22, 2010.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
