Patsy “Pat” Florene (Chandler) Phillips, 84, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 11:40 pm December 2, 2020 at her residence. She was born September 11, 1936 in Wichita Falls, Texas to the late Frank and Beatrice (Garrett) Chandler. Pat married Reverend John “Bo” Phillips on September 19, 1952 in Wichita Falls. They were blessed with nearly 63 years of marriage before he preceded her in death on July 1, 2015. A Visitation will be held Sunday, December 6, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Mount Vernon.

A Graveside Service will begin at 1:00 pm with Mr. J. Howard Kraps officiating. Interment will follow.

Memorials may be made in Pat’s honor to Central Christian Church.Please remember to observe social distancing at this time. We are limited to 10 people under the tent at a time.
