Mark A Toney, 58, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 9:20 am November 22, 2020 at his residence in Mount Vernon, Illinois. He was born May 26, 1962 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to Sammy  and Loy Sue (Bradford) Toney.
