Charles Justin Whipps, 39, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 8:55 pm October 12, 2020 in Mount Vernon. He was born August 29, 1981 in Mount Vernon.

A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 11:00 am at West Salem Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Illinois with Mr. Randy Sells officiating. Inurnment will follow. Memorials may be made in Justin’s honor to the Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
