MCLEANSBORO — The Hamilton Memorial Hospital Foundation will be hosting its 15th annual golf scramble on Friday, Sept. 11 at the McLeansboro Golf Course.

Bethany Reyling is the Marketing and Foundation Manager at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro. She says the event helps raise money for the Foundation’s Careers in Healthcare Scholarships which help local graduating seniors and homeschool students in their pursuit for a healthcare career.

In the last eight years alone, the golf scramble, with the generous support of businesses and community members, has raised over $70,000 to assist students in furthering their healthcare career.

Registration is still available for teams of four or individuals, as well as various sponsorship opportunities for businesses and individuals wishing to participate until Friday, Sept. 4.

The four-person scramble will have two flights with the morning flight starting at 8 a.m. and the afternoon flight teeing off at 1 p.m. Registration fees include green fee, use of a golf cart, and lunch.

Those interested in participating can contact Bethany Reyling at 643-2361 ext. 4300 or email breyling@hmhospital.org. Printable registration forms are also available at hmhospital.org/foundation
