SALINE COUNTY — The three people accused of concealing the death of an Eldorado man appeared in court for the first time Monday.

According to WSIL-TV, the bail for 42-year-old Troy Gwaltney, 30-year-old Richard Emerson, and 22-year-old Toria Emerson were set at $15,000 each in Saline County court.

The three are accused of concealing the death of 32-year-old Chase Mitchell, who was reported missing to the Eldorado Police Department in early May. Mitchell’s remains were found in rural Gallatin County last week.

Preliminary hearings for the three charged in the case have been set for July 7th.
