HARRISBURG — While the celebration will be slightly different than past years, the Harrisburg Fourth of July Fireworks are still a go for the nation’s birthday in a few weeks.

Harrisburg mayor John McPeek says while this year’s celebration will be just a fireworks display, this year’s celebration will be bigger and better than ever thanks to area residents.

The fireworks will be set off around dusk on Saturday, July 4th from the Saline County Fairgrounds.
