MT. VERNON — The Mt. Vernon Township High School Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 4 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at the high school.

According to MVTHS Superintendent Jeff Fritchtnitch, the board is set to discuss and possibly approve the hiring of the next high school varsity boys basketball coach.

The meeting will start at 4 p.m. in the district board room. It is open to the public.
