Robert Russell Winkler, Sr., 70, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at 11:05 P.M. December 24, 2019 at Nature Trail Health Care Center in Mount Vernon. He was born May 23, 1949 in Mount Vernon to the late Earl and Pearl (Loss) Winkler.
