Max J. Kelley, 79, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at 5:05 A.M. December 6, 2019 at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro, Illinois. He was born December 28, 1939 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to the late Leonard Kelley and Pauline (Murphy) Kelley. He married Judy Trout on October 18, 1958. They were blessed with 61 years of marriage.
