JEFFERSON COUNTY — The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to be on the lookout for a 19-year-old male who was ordered in May to serve time on a drug conviction but has reportedly failed to report to the jail.
Collin Sechrest entered into a plea agreement in May with the state on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine.
Sechrest was sentenced to 2-years in prison but reportedly failed to report to the Jefferson County Jail to begin his sentence.
Sechrest is described as a 19-year-old, white male standing 5-feet 7-inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes.
He was last known to be living in Mt. Vernon.
