June Darlene Wilson, 82, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at 3:26 P.M.June 8, 2019 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. She was born July 12, 1936 in Hammond, Indiana to the late Ray E. and Elsie L. (Chapman) Smith. She married Kenneth Ray Wilson on May 21, 1953 in Mount Vernon, Illinois and he preceded her in death on November 11, 2017.

A Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00A.M. Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Hughey Funeral Home with Reverend Rodney Mellott officiating.  Interment will follow at Bethel Memorial Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the Lighthouse Baptist Church.
