CENTRALIA — A shooting incident around 11:45 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of West Kell in Centralia resulted in the arrests of a 21-year-old man and a 17-year-old juvenile male.
According to Centralia police, Sean Berry was arrested for allegedly firing at least two gunshots from the porch of the West Kell home at the juvenile.
The juvenile was arrested when officers reportedly found a weapon in his car.
Berry was taken to the Marion County Jail on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and criminal trespass to a residence.
The juvenile was taken to the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center until his first appearance in Marion County court.
According to police reports, a search warrant was executed on the West Kell residence, where officers reportedly located the weapon believed fired from the porch, along with a second firearm.
