WEST FRANKFORT — The principal of Frankfort Community High School in West Frankfort found himself in trouble with Benton Police early Sunday morning after he was arrested and charged for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Buchanan and Washington Street.
Police say 31-year-old Jory A. Dial was taken to the Franklin County Jail for further processing.
Dial became the school’s principal this school year. He is currently on administrative leave. The school district is investigating and will decide if Dial will be back as principal when the investigation is over.
