FAYETTE COUNTY — The Fayette County State’s Attorney’s Office is reporting four individuals have been sentenced in court this week to time in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
Those sentenced include 22 year old Curtis F. Germain of Kinmundy and 35 year old Michael J. Smalls of Vandalia who were both sentenced to 24 months after they pleaded guilty in separate and unrelated cases to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine,
35 year old Geoffrey D. Wagner of Nokomis sentenced to 30 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, and 49 year old Stephen G. Keith of Vandalia was sentenced to 36 months in the Department of Corrections after he pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and prison.
Keith’s sentence will be served concurrently with another 36-month sentence he received for a conviction of violating an order of protection.
