A West City woman was arrested and charged for criminal trespass to real property and resisting a peace officer after Benton Police were called to the 100 block of Virginia Street Tuesday night about a criminal trespass complaint.

Police say 29-year-old Jennifer R. Shelton was taken to the Franklin County Jail.
