Slow Down! That’s the message from the Illinois State Police. They are again alerting drivers to the risk associated with driving too fast. Master Sergeant Matt Boerwinkle says the faster you go the closer you are to losing control.

Boerwinkle says it’s not worth what little time you wind up saving in the car by speeding down the road.
