On Tuesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX News:

57-year-old William Norton of Bonnie was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Monday for theft between $500 and $10,000.

55-year-old Michael Neal of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Indiana State Police Monday for driving on a revoked license.

34-year-old Ratasha Turner of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Monday for attempting to elude an officer and identity theft between $300 and $2,000.

30-year-old Aydrain Hooper of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Monday for criminal trespassing to land.

45-year-old Heather Green of Sesser was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for driving on a suspended license.

30-year-old Robert Tate of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for domestic battery.

31-year-old Darryl Long of Herrin was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for aggravated battery, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property.
