A 26-year-old Centralia man who told police he is homeless was arrested on multiple weapons charges following a Friday night traffic stop.
Police initially stopped Jeremy Lippert for reportedly having a broken windshield. When asked, Lippert reportedly admitted to having a syringe in his pocket.
A further search reportedly located a bullet in his pocket, as well, and a handgun under the front seat.
Officers reportedly located additional syringes in a backpack found in the vehicle.
Lippert was taken to the Marion County Jail to await the filing of formal charges and the setting of bail.
