According to Ashby, by supporting and hosting the Centralia.Works job fair, the City of Centralia is helping to build a stronger, more innovative community and region.

He notes that open job opportunities include good paying full and part time jobs with employers in healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, retail and hospitality, with many of the employers offering great benefits that include healthcare, education assistance, 401K and more.”

The Centralia.Works initiative will also provide services, resources and tools to assist both job seekers and employers with the entire process of job searching, hiring and addressing other employment needs, such as housing, child care and transportation.

Centralia.Works will have services available online and onsite at the job fair to assist job seekers including an online job board, internet access for applying for jobs, an online resume gallery and assistance with job searching and resume writing.
