She was bornNovember 23, 1934 in Ellery, Illinois to the late Lawrence Page and Helen (Oakley) Mead. Patsy married Paul David Smith on July 18, 1954 in Mount Vernon, Illinois and he survives in Mount Vernon, Illinois.
