(CENTRALIA, IL) — Kaskaskia College Agriculture Professor William Waggoner was honored as Conservation Teacher of the Year recently by the Marion County Soil and Water Conservation District.  The award was handed out at their annual awards meeting held March 2. Bill has taught agriculture for 15 years and is currently at Kaskaskia College. Waggoner resides in the rural Kinmundy/Alma area.
