
Brenda Sue Ainscough, age 73 of Centralia, passed away peacefully at her home with her family at her side on Monday, February 10, 2025.
Brenda was born on September 23, 1951 in Warren, Arkansas the daughter of Horace and Ava (Carr) Reppond. She married Vaden E. “Jiggs” Ainscough Jr. on November 1, 1975 at the Glenridge Baptist Church and he survives in Centralia.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Jonathan Ainscough and wife Gina of Decatur; two daughters, Kim Ragland and husband Matthew of Tamaroa and Lisa Oller of Centralia; fifteen grandchildren, Richie and wife Kristen, Tyler and wife Sunny, Klay and wife Audra, Cody, Amber and husband Tyler, Dalton and wife Cassidy, Brooke and husband Tobias, Katlynn, Kaitlyn, Shawn, Hunter, Danielle, Gage, Amilya, and Brianna; thirteen great-grandchildren; sister, JoAnn Corker and husband Lloyd; brother, Larry Reppond and wife Becky; sister-in-law, Cheryl Finley and husband Sam; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Brian Lee Hays; brother, Roger Reppond.
Brenda was of the Baptist faith. Cake decorating was her passion, she also found pleasure in knitting, sewing, gardening and antiquing. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her life and she loved each one very much.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, February 14, 2025 at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem with Bobby Crabb officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the time of the service. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park near Centralia. Memorials can be made to the family, with checks made to Jonathan Ainscough and can be received at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem who is assisting the family with arrangements.
