CENTRALIA, IL — Two people were hurt in a fire at a double-wide mobile home near Centralia late Monday night. Firefighters found heavy flames when they arrived, but the occupants had already escaped. Both were treated for minor burns at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital. The fire, which severely damaged the home, was ruled accidental, caused by smoking.
