JACKSON COUNTY — A 35-year-old Elkville man is facing dozens of felony drug and weapons charges following his arrest Thursday.
Jackson County State’s Attorney Joe Cervantez filed 22 felony charges against Seth Humphries Friday.
The charges include two Class X felonies for armed violence and manufacture/delivery of more than 200 grams of a controlled substance, Class 1 felony possession of more than 200 grams of cannabis, Class 2 felony possession of a stolen firearm and 18 Class 3 felony charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Cervantez says the investigation is ongoing.
Humphries was also charged Friday in two other cases with felony aggravated domestic battery.
He was ordered held in the Jackson County Jail until the next hearing date scheduled for January 30th.
