CENTRALIA — T.J. Gormann, 42, of Centralia, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023.

He was born September 29, 1980 in Centralia, the son of Doug Gormann and Debra (Kleystuber) Gormann. He married Mary Melisa Miller on September 9, 2005 and she survives.

In addition to his wife of 17 years, Mary Gormann of Centralia, he is also survived by his father: Doug Gormann and wife Robin of Centralia; his two children: Cade Gormann of Centralia and Gracey Gormann of Centralia; his brother: Doug Gormann and wife Tanya of Centralia; three sisters: Traci Mayfield and husband Brad of Arizona, Melissa Bailey and husband James of San Diego, California, and Madison Halfacre and husband Caleb of Centralia; several nieces and nephews: Brianna and Brandon Mayfield of Arizona, Kylie Gormann of Centralia, Chasey Bailey of San Diego, CA, Cash Bailey of San Diego, CA, and Walker Halfacre of Centralia; mother in law: Laura Nollman of Centralia; and father in law: Mitch Miller and wife Tammy of Centralia.

T.J. was preceded in death by his mother: Debra Gormann and his grandparents: Raymond and Peggy Gormann and Barb Kleystuber.

T.J. had a passion for shooting pool. He was a very talented in drawing. T.J. loved his family and cherished the time they spent together.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home in Centralia. A Private Burial will be held at a later date at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Warren G. Murray Parents Association and/or Donor’s Choice and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618)532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Gormann family.
