LAGRANGE, KY — David D. Morris, age 64, beloved husband of Renee (Frankrone) Morris, of La Grange, Kentucky passed away Sunday, February 5, 2023, at his home, surrounded by family.

Born January 11, 1959, in Salem, Illinois. He was the son of June (Holsapple) Morris and the late Robert K. Morris.

David attended Salem High School, then moved to Kentucky where he worked in the automotive industry as a Quality Engineer for more than 25 years. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in LaGrange for 31 years. He was a loving father and devoted husband who enjoyed gathering and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife Renee and two children, Ashley Cornett and Dominique “Nick” Morrison. He is also survived by his mother June, sister, Marilea Snow (David), and his brothers, Ted Morris (MaryAnne), Greg Morris (Connie), Bruce Morris (Brenda), Thomas Morris (Lara), Stephen Morris (Dujuana) and Chad Morris (Lisa) and by multiple nieces and nephews. In addition to his father Bob, he was predeceased by his brother Rob Morris.

David will be greatly missed, may he rest in peace with God in Heaven.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at the family’s home in LaGrange from 9 am – 11 am with Funeral Mass to follow at Immaculate Conception Church, 502 North Fifth Street, La Grange, Kentucky at 11:00 am. Burial to follow in LaGrange.
