Debra “Debbie” Graham, 64, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 9:16 pm December 20, 2022 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon.

She was born January 16, 1958 in Mount Vernon to the late Melvin and Loraine (Arnaud) Meador. Debra married Jack Graham and he survives.

In addition to her beloved husband, Debbie is survived by her daughter, Amanda “Mandy” VanDyke and husband, Tad of Mount Vernon; grandchildren, Falyn VanDyke and fiancé, Anthony Vollmer of Bowling Green, Ohio, Addyson VanDyke of Mount Vernon, and Finn VanDyke of Mount Vernon; great-grandchildren, Drama Vollmer and Alek Vollmer; brothers, Donnie Meador and special friend, Anna Freese of Mount Vernon and David Meador and wife, Lisa of Mount Vernon; several aunts and uncles, including Margaret Arnaud and Linda George; and several nieces and nephews.

Debbie first worked at First Cellular and was later Avon Representative for several years. She loved collecting snowmen and angels. Debbie was of the Christian faith. She was a very sweet woman and a very loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Debbie will be deeply missed.

A Visitation will be held Monday, December 26, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon with Mr. Randy Hayes officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Memorial Cemetery in Mount Vernon. Memorials may be made in Debbie’s honor to a charity of the donor’s choice.
