Tammy Lynn Modlin-Hendricks, 54, of Opdyke passed away Sunday morning September 11, 2022 at her home.
She was born in Mt. Vernon, IL on November 14, 1967, the daughter of John & Charlotte (Keef) Modlin.
Tammy was a member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Temple. She loved singing at church. She was looking forward to her first grandbaby coming in December. Tammy also enjoyed doing home improvement work with her dad.

Daughter: Kaelynn Hendricks & significant other Patrick Sanford
Parents: John & Charlotte Modlin
Sister: Elaine Beever & husband Ed
2 Nieces:
Emily Beever
Jesse Hindt
Nephew: John Beever & wife Brittney
She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Great-Nieces & Great Nephews.
Also surviving are her furbabies: Ryker & Shyla
She was preceded in death by her Grandparents-Delbert & Leota Keef and Fred & Lorene Modlin.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 8th at the Mt. Vernon Baptist Temple with Pastor Tim Reynolds officiating. Visitation will be after 12:00 P.M. on Saturday at the church. Inurnment will be in the Cubb Cemetery.
