CENTRALIA — A 21-year-old Salem man was formally charged Friday in Marion County Court with robbery in connection with an alleged incident last week.

According to Centralia Police Chief Greg Dodson, officers arrested Dylan Foutch and 30-year-old Stacey Myers on charges of armed robbery in connection with an alleged incident earlier this month.

Dodson says they received a report that Jeffrey Barton allegedly received a ride from Foutch and Myers to an ATM before they took him to Foundation Park where they robbed him at gunpoint.

Foutch and Myers were taken to the Marion County Jail and on Friday he was formally charged with Class 1 felony robbery and she was formally charged with Class 4 felony unlawful use or possession of a credit or debit card.

Judge Michael McHaney set bond for Foutch at $100,000 and at $10,000 for Myers. They’re both scheduled to appear in court on May 3 for preliminary hearings and their first appearances with their court-appointed attorneys.
