MT. VERNON, IL — On Wednesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office along with the Mt. Vernon Police Department reported the following arrest(s) to WMIX/WDML News;

37-year-old Jason Herrmann of Mt. Vernon was arrested Tuesday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for Violating the Sex Offender Registry.

40-year-old Melissa Ince was arrested Tuesday by the Mt. Vernon Police Department for Driving on a Suspended License, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe/Needle, and Possession of Meth.

42-year-old Christopher Zigler of Mt. Vernon was arrested Wednesday by the MVPD for Aggravated Assault, Driving on a Revoked License, and Reckless Driving.
