Marie (Pirkey) Harrison Isaac, 97, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 10:30 am January 23, 2021 at Mt. Vernon Countryside Manor in Mount Vernon, Illinois. She was born June 20, 1923 in Waltonville, Illinois, daughter of the late Robert and Katherine (Hunter) Pirkey. On January 4, 1942 she married James Burton Harrison.  He was killed in World War II on October 1, 1944.  On December 29, 1945 in Mount Vernon she married Gerald Eugene Isaac and he preceded her in death on December 14, 1995.

An Intimate Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Oakwood Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Illinois with Mr. Randy Sells officiating.  Memorials may be made in Marie’s honor to Central Christian Church.
