MT. VERNON, IL — On Thursday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office along with the Mt. Vernon Police Department report the following arrest(s) to WMIX/WDML News: 

39-year-old Brian Cobb of Mt. Vernon was arrested by the Mt. Vernon Police Department Wednesday for Battery and Disorderly Conduct.

32-year-old Rita Serna was arrested Wednesday by the MVPD for Theft.
