Jane Frances (Dykes) Hutchens, 86, of Ina went home to be with her Savior at 12:26 P.M. Sunday, October 25, 2020 surrounded by her family.

She was born on March 3, 1934, in Mt. Vernon, IL the daughter of Marion P. and Nina A. (Bruce) Dykes. She married Andy Hutchens on December 8, 1962, and he survives.

In addition to her husband Andy, Jane is survived by her Son, Robert and wife Kathy of Ewing, 2 Grandchildren, Wade Martin Hutchens and Cole Robert Hutchens, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, her brother M. Richard Dykes, her sister Norma Lee Kelley, and nephew James B. “Tab” Kelley.

Jane retired from Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, and was the bookkeeper for Andy’s business. In her retirement years, Jane enjoyed many road trips and adventures. She was a loving grandma, always supporting her grandsons and their activities. She was a Christian and a member of the Central Christian Church since May 7, 1944.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 31st at the Johnston Funeral Home in Ina with Mr. Randy Sells and Mr. J. Howard Krapps officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Vernon Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Woodlawn. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Saturday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to the Central Christian Church, Mt. Vernon, IL.
