Officers were able to get inside the garage where Sullivan refused their commands and a struggle ensued. Officers use a taser to get Sullivan into custody. After the arrest methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe was located.

Sullivan was arrested for domestic battery, resisting a peace officer and possession of methamphetamine. Sullivan was taken to the White County Jail pending bond being set by a judge.
