Arnold Dean Ruestman, 74, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away December 22, 2019 at Nature Trail Health Care Center in Mount Vernon. He was born September 13, 1945 in Streator, Illinois to the late John and Alice Ruestman.

There will be no public services held. A private burial will take place in Minonk, Illinois.
