MCLEANSBORO — A Montana man was cited for some motor vehicle violations after McLeansboro Police pulled him over after noticing that his rear plate was obstructed on his vehicle just after 2:30 Wednesday afternoon.
McLeansboro Police Chief Nathan Taylor says the officer determined that 61-year-old Steven R. Brown’s driver’s license was suspended from Montana.
Brown was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department. He was issued citations for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper use of registration. Brown posted $250 cash and was released.
