Lee Allen, 86, of Bonnie, Illinois passed away at 12:05 P.M.October 11, 2019 at his residence. He was born January 14, 1933 in Hamilton County, Illinois to the late Earl and Pearl (Klinker) Allen. Lee first married Lois Verdean Sodders on December 21, 1973 in Mount Vernon. She preceded him in death on June 17, 2009. He later married Karen Joy (Voyles) Pierce on July 2, 2011 in Mount Vernonand she survives.

A Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 16, 2019 from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon. A Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Merle Fullerton officiating. Interment will follow atMiddle Creek Cemetery in Hamilton County, Illinois. Memorials may be made in Lee’s honor to the American Heart Association.
