The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says Abigail Jones turned herself in at the sheriff’s office around 3:20 Monday afternoon. She was found to be unharmed and was turned over to her legal guardians by the sheriff’s office.

MURPHYSBORO – The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office needs your help finding a missing 14-year-old girl from Murphysboro.
Officials say Abigail Jones was last seen leaving her home in rural Murphysboro at 6:30 Saturday night. She was picked up by an awaiting vehicle outside the home. The vehicle’s make and model is not known. The vehicle was heading to Sonic in Carbondale.
Abigail is 5’3” tall weighing 180 pounds. She was last seen wearing black and pink glasses, a grey Elverado sweatshirt, capri style leggings that are blue, white and orange in color, and dark colored Reebok tennis shoes. Officials say she was picked up by a man named “Miguel,” who is possibly from the Jonesboro area.
