CARBONDALE — Carbondale Police have arrested a 17-year-old juvenile and charged him with unlawful use of weapons and aggravated discharge of a firearm in connection with a shooting Saturday night in the 700 block of North Robert A. Stalls in Carbondale.

Police say the two individuals who received life-threatening injuries are now expected to be released from the hospital after successful medical treatment. The third individual who was treated for non-life threatening injuries has been released from the hospital.

Investigators have determined a dispute among acquaintances led to the shooting incident. There is no further information to be released at this time, including the identity of those involved. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
