Helen F. Troutt, 86, of Opdyke, Illinois passed away at 9:59 A.M. May 22, 2019 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. She was born April 11, 1933 in Arcola, Illinois to the late Edwin Mike and Annabelle (Underwood) Kehrer. Helen married Edward F. Troutt in Washington D.C. They were blessed with 68 years of marriage.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until the Funeral Service Time at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois with Chaplain Dan Loving officiating. Interment will follow atMount Vernon Memorial Gardens in Woodlawn, Illinois.
