ILLINOIS (RFD) — Temperatures should be on the rise for the last half of May for most of Illinois.

That’s meteorologist Eric Schmidt with EJS Weather in Newton. He says dew points will also be increasing this month.

Schmidt says there should be some intermittent rain shower activity for the remainder of May as well.
